On July 10, 2025, the market supervision and administration system of Shandong Province organized a three-level joint working group involving provincial, municipal and county levels to conduct a special research on the high-quality development of the bearing industry in Yandian Town, Linqing City. The research was led by Zhang Jian from the Quality Development Department of the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, with the participation of relevant responsible persons from the market supervision and administration departments of Liaocheng City and Linqing City. Lin Yuheng, the Party Secretary of Yandian Town, and Wang Ning, the Chairman of the People’s Congress of Yandian Town, accompanied the research.
The research team visited representative enterprises and exhibition platforms such as the Bearing Museum of Linqing City, Huagong Bearing, Yujie Bearing and Bot Bearing one after another. They inspected the production workshops, assembly lines and quality inspection areas on the spot, and learned in detail about the implementation of the enterprises in terms of raw material selection, processing technology control and finished product inspection. They also exchanged views with the enterprise management and technical personnel on the current quality management and technical problems faced by the enterprises, and put forward targeted optimization suggestions.
During the discussion and exchange, the research team highly affirmed the phased achievements made by Yandian Town in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the bearing industry, especially in terms of product quality improvement, technological innovation application, and market channel expansion. At the same time, it was pointed out that as an important part of the regional characteristic industrial cluster, Yandian Town should continue to strengthen brand awareness, improve the industrial chain coordination mechanism, promote more high-quality enterprises to play a leading role, and enhance overall competitiveness.
The research team emphasized that market supervision departments at all levels will further enhance their support for local manufacturing industries, providing more precise policy guidance and resource matching in areas such as standard setting, quality supervision, and technical services, to help enterprises increase the added value of their products and their market adaptability.
Through this multi-level joint research, it not only provided improvement directions for enterprises, but also offered reference basis for local governments to further optimize industrial support policies.
