Indonesia Industrial Equipment and Parts Exhibition

1. Indonesia’s National Development Goals
The Indonesian government has introduced the “Industry 4.0 Roadmap,” with the objective of ranking among the top ten global economies by 2030. This strategic initiative focuses on the development of five priority industries: food and beverages, automobiles, electronics, textiles, and chemicals. It is estimated that Industry 4.0 will contribute approximately USD 121 billion to the GDP by 2025. However, Indonesia’s industrial foundation remains relatively underdeveloped, with over 70% of its machinery and equipment being imported. In 2024 alone, imports from China amounted to USD 5.5 billion and are expected to continue rising. As the largest economy in Southeast Asia, with a population of 280 million, Indonesia is abundant in natural resources. The government has been actively investing in infrastructure and industrial modernization, thereby creating significant demand for logistics equipment, power transmission systems, construction machinery, and other related equipment. Consequently, the scale of exhibitions in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, with exhibition areas expanding from 15,000 square meters in 2024 to 40,000 square meters in 2025, and the number of exhibitors increasing from 497 to 1,800. It is anticipated that the number of visitors will surpass 100,000, including professional buyers from across Southeast Asia.

The 2025 Indonesia Industrial Equipment and Components Exhibition is co-organized by Messe Muenchen International and Messe Hannover (a leading global exhibition organizer) and is supported by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry and 15 industry associations, such as the Indonesian Logistics Association and the Indonesian Metal Casting Association. Five concurrent sub-exhibitions, including the Metallurgy and Foundry Exhibition (MTM) and the Power and New Energy Exhibition (PNE), will cover 13 major industrial sectors, including logistics technology, compressors, and fasteners.

2. Deepening China-Indonesia Cooperation
China’s “Belt and Road Initiative” is closely aligned with Indonesia’s infrastructure development projects. Chinese exports to Indonesia benefit from tax incentives, streamlined customs clearance processes, and support through free trade agreements, effectively lowering market entry barriers for enterprises.

TIN2025 represents the synergy between Indonesia’s Industry 4.0 policy and China-ASEAN regional economic integration, emerging as a pivotal platform for Chinese enterprises to expand into the Southeast Asian market.

As a leading enterprise in China’s bearing industry, TIN2025 showcased its comprehensive product range at the exhibition, including Pillow Block Bearings, Tapered Roller Bearings, Guide Rails, Linear Bearings, Spherical Roller Bearings, and others. During the event, it received widespread recognition from international customers and established cooperation intentions with clients from multiple countries and regions.
